Stayed at this hotel over Easter weekend. Loved the location and the fact that it was close to some great restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and always available. The hotel had a great deal on room rates, which was a plus. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel lacked basic amenities, such as a bar or lounge area. It would have been nice to come back to the hotel after a long day and have a drink.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and we loved the cozy ambiance created by the fireplace and the holiday decorations. the room was the biggest we had during our trip to Italy and we appreciated the air conditioning as it was quite warm inside. the breakfast was varied and delicious. We were able to visit nearby towns easily from the hotel's central location. the private car parking was very convenient and offered peace of mind.

The staff's English wasn't great, which made communication a bit difficult. the hotel was not in the liveliest area, so finding things to do in the evening was a bit difficult.
